The 2006 CASE District VI Conference held at the Renaissance Hotel in St. Louis is just around the corner. More than 450 representatives from higher education institutions from eight states attend the conference annually and as always, we offer extra incentives for participants to visit your booth. This year we offer many new opportunities for you, so be sure to read the information enclosed. You don’t want to miss out on any of them!
Register by Friday, November 18 via CREDIT CARD! We can now take credit cards, but only for registrations, sponsorships, advertisements, and/or additional meals that are received postmarked by November 18. After that date, we will only accept checks. Register early to receive WEBSITE exposure. When we receive your registration and payment in full, your company will be listed on our CASE Conference website with a link to your company’s website. The earlier you send your materials and payment, the more exposure you will receive. In addition, this site will remain active until the conference information for 2007 is ready. Register early for better BOOTH CHOICES. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis with full payment, so hurry! All exhibit booths will be located in the main ballroom, located around the perimeter of the room where all breakfasts, lunches, keynote speeches and breaks are held. See attached ballroom map for booth numbers and locations. SPONSORSHIP leads to additional exposure. To gain extra exposure via printed materials, conference signage and/or the podium, refer to the sponsorship opportunities sheet included with this mailing. Sponsorships include a booth, meals during conference for two, and other benefits depending on the level. Resource Partners Opening Reception held on Sunday! All booths must be set up by 3:30 p.m., Sunday, January 22, 2006 in the Majestic Ballroom. The CASE Opening Session will be held at that time and be immediately followed by the Educational Partner Reception and Dinner. Educational partners will be provided with their own table, so they can invite CASE VI Conference attendees to join them for dinner. NEW: The CASE District VI Institute is a new concept for our district as we try to meet the needs of advancement professionals with five years or more of experience. The Institute offers more focused and interactive sessions that feature speakers from education institutions and consulting firms from around the country. Four tracks are emphasized (alumni, communications, management and philanthropy) and each track is restricted to no more than 40 participants. Sponsorship opportunities are available and sponsors have the ability to interact with decision makers, increase its overall presence in the District VI Annual Conference and invite representatives from client institutions to attend the Institute. Remember, the earlier you send your resource partner registration and full payment, the sooner you’ll be on the CASE VI website, have your choice of booths and sponsorships, and get the best advertising placement. Credit cards are only accepted if the credit card form included is received by Friday, November 18.
