CASE District VI Business Partners

CASE District VI invites businesses to join us as Business Partners at our annual conference, January 9-11, 2011, at the Westin Crown Center in Kansas City, Missouri.

Any sponsor or exhibitor at the CASE District VI Conference in Kansas City is one of our valued Business Partners.

WHAT IS A BUSINESS PARTNER? The CASE District VI Board of Directors has defined a business partner as any entity that receives a business gain from participating in the conference.

Regulations

CONFERENCE HOURS FOR SET UP: Sunday, January 9, Noon to 2 p.m.

CONFERENCE HOURS FOR TEAR DOWN: Tuesday, January 11, 1:30-3 p.m.

TO REGISTER: All Business Partners MUST complete an online registration form and pay in full via check or credit card form to be registered for the conference. Credit card form will be available until December 15.

BUSINESS PARTNER OPTIONS

The CASE District VI Board has established that any business partner who has been selected to present a session at the conference should be a sponsor at the bronze level or higher. Serving as a presenter includes panel or joint session presentations.

SPONSORSHIPS: Sponsors receive many benefits, including priority booth space and extra exposure. 

BOOTH SPACE: First paid, first to receive booth space with sponsors taking top priority.

BOOTH LOCATION: Booths will be located in the Magestic Ballroom at the Renaissance Hotel in St. Louis.  First paid, first to receive their requested booth space with sponsors taking top priority.

ADDITIONAL STAFF: Two staff members are covered in the registration fees. Gold sponsors may bring four staff members. Any additional staff members attending the conference will cost an additional $250 per person to be paid along with registration fees.

PROGRAM ADVERTISEMENTS: Get more exposure by advertising in the onsite conference program. Every attendee receives an onsite program. Reserve your advertisement space with full payment.
