Full Conference Registration
Full Conference registration includes access to all conference keynote and breakout sessions, conference provided meals, the CASE VI Awards Luncheon, corporate partner receptions, CASE After Hours events, and any other special events made available to all conference attendees.

New Professionals Add-On
New Professionals Add-On registration is an optional pre-conference workshop designed for those individuals who are new to the advancement profession, regardless of age. Attendees will participate in special breakout sessions to learn more about CASE and CASE VI, get access to participate in the special CASE VIews pre-conference session featuring Gallup's CliftonStrengths Discovery Course, and experience great networking opportunities with fellow new professionals and CASE leadership. Participation is limited to a maximum of 25 participants and registration will close December 15, 2019.

Single Day Registration
Single day registrations are designed for those individuals who want to attend the conference, but may not be able to participate in the full conference. Single day registration includes access to all conference keynote and breakout sessions, conference provided meals, and any full conference special events scheduled for that day only.

Corporate Partner and Exhibitor Registration
Corporate partners interested in attending the conference as either a sponsor, exhibitor, or a consultant should contact Mark Versen (, CASE District VI Conference Corporate Partner Chair.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are made on conference fees only. All special event fees and luncheons are non-refundable. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and will incur a $280 fee per registrant. Cancellations must be received no later than 5 p.m. Friday, December 28, 2018, by email at For further information, call (202) 328-2273. To maintain a low cost per registrant, the District Committees are unable to offer refunds after January 12, 2018, for any reason. No refunds due to injury, illness, or inclement weather. Conference registrations may be transferred to another member from your institution at any time. If you need to cancel two weeks or less prior to the conference, and feel you should receive a full refund, requests need to be made in writing to the registration chair.
