Volunteers

The success of any CASE District VI Conference can be attributed to the many volunteers who give of their time and talents. You can be a part of that success by signing up to be a conference volunteer. If you are interested in serving District VI in a volunteer capacity, please contact the 2019 Conference Chair, Aaron Rouse, at aaron.rouse@nufoundation.org.

Conference Planning Committee

The conference planning committee oversees all aspects of the CASE District VI Conference. Volunteer roles range from conference programming, operations and logistics, and communications. Conference planning committee members should prepare to spend significant time over the next year working on conference-related projects.

Conference On-site Volunteer

On-site volunteers are crucial in making everything at the conference run smoothly. These roles require very little time commitment prior to and during the conference. Some of the volunteer positions needed on-site during the conference include working the registration desk, serving as a room moderator, and helping direct traffic to conference events.

Conference Speaker

Without volunteers willing to share their knowledge and expertise in a conference speaking capacity, the District VI Conference would not exist. What great ideas has your institution been working on? What topics would benefit those like you in the profession? What can we learn from each other? These are the themes we are looking for in our conference programming. The call for 2019 conference sessions has closed, but keep us in mind for the next year's conference!
